7 large eggs
4 cups sugar
2 cups cocoa powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups butter melted and cooled
1/2 cup milk
Place eggs in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until broken and blended, about a minute.
Add sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla to eggs and beat until well blended.
Add flour, melted butter, and milk to batter and mix until well blended, scraping down sides as needed.
Spread into greased half sheet pan (18x13) and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, or until set in center. Allow to cool slightly before icing.
Icing
4 cups confectioner's sugar
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
