Chicken with Ketchup Sauce
1 pound chicken breast, shredded
1 Tab. cooking wine
1 Tab. soy sauce
1/2 tea. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 Tab. cornstarch
4 Tab. minced green onion
1 Tab. minced garlic
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup onion
1 cup carrot
4 Tab. ketchup
2/3 tea. salt
1 Tab. soy sauce
1 Tab. sugar
dash pepper
1 Tab. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Add 3 Tab. oil to the pan and then add first six ingredients. After cooked, remove from pan. Add 1 Tab. oil to pan. Stir-fry next five ingredients until fragrant. Add chicken mixture back into the pan with the vegetables. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook a few minutes until steamy. Stir to mix well. Serve over rice.
