3 - 3½ pounds Chicken wings and other pieces
Marinate with:
2 Tablespoons lemon pepper
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tea. Onion Powder
1-2 tea. Garlic Powder
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
2 lemons, juiced
- Mix the chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning, and oil. Allow to sit for 3 hours up to overnight in the fridge.
- You can fry wings in a skillet to crisp up before putting in the oven, or you can skip this step.
- Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Roast the wings for about 60 minutes on a greased baking sheet, then turn over and cook 5-10 more minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the temp reaches at least 165F.
- Remove the wings from the oven, and toss with 1 more tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Wings should be tender and moist on the inside and golden with crispy bits on the outside. Serve with lemon wedges.
