Wendy's-style Chili

2 1/4 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 large yellow (sweet) onions, chopped
3-4 large green bell peppers, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 heaping tablespoons minced garlic
15 ounce Ranch Style Beans, with liquid
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained (15 ounce cans)
1 can Original Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chili (10 ounce cans)
1 can stewed tomatoes (15 ounce cans)
2 cans plain tomato sauce (15 ounce cans)
1 package McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning (1.25 ounce packages) or 1 1/3 tbsp (1 Tab. +1 tea.) your own spice mix  or tt

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot or in a large crockpot.
Simmer for at least three hours up to all day long.

Serve with corn bread or French fries.

Makes enough that you can freeze half for a future meal.
