Brown Sugar Spice Cake

1¹⁄2 cups Margarine 
1³⁄4 cups Brown sugar 
1 cup Whole eggs, frozen, thawed OR 4 large eggs
1³⁄4 cups Whole-wheat flour
1¹⁄2 cups White flour, all-purpose
4 ²⁄3 tsp Baking soda
1¹⁄4 tsp Salt
¹⁄2 tsp Baking powder
1¹⁄2 tsp  Cinnamon, ground
³⁄4 tsp Cloves, ground 
¹⁄2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1³⁄4 cups Milk

Mix together margarine and sugar. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX. Slowly add eggs, mix on low speed for 1 minute. DO NOT OVERMIX. 
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg while slowly adding milk. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. DO NOT OVERMIX. Pour cake mixture into a half sheet pan (18″ x 13″ x 1″) lightly coated with pan release spray.
Allow cake to cool. Optionally, you can frost it with Vanilla Cream Icing Cut each pan 5 x 5 (25 pieces per pan)
