Canadian Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches for the Freezer

The amount of this recipe can be easily changed to fit your needs.

20 Pre-sliced Bagels
20 eggs
20 slices Canadian Bacon
20 slices cheese

Scramble (or fry) the eggs.
Fry Canadian Bacon slices (ham can be substituted) to get a smoky char.
Get an assembly line going with your bagels, eggs, Canadian bacon and cheese. Layer on some egg,  Canadian bacon and cheese slice inside each bagel.

To Freeze
Wrap each bagel in plastic wrap. Then place up to 8 wrapped breakfast bagels in large gallon freezer bag. Store in your freezer for up to 2 months.

Reheat
You can reheat the bagel sandwiches in the microwave by removing the plastic wrapping and heating for 45 seconds to 1 minute. You may have to flip your bagel and heat for 15-20 additional seconds as well.
To reheat many Bagel Sandwiches at one time just preheat your oven to 400. Remove individual plastic wrap and place bagels on a sprayed baking pan. Bake 25 minutes.
